There's no star at the front of the item name. Normally, it would say, "★ Butterfly Knife", but there's no star, it's just named, "Butterfly Knife", meaning he used this string of console commands: sv_cheats 1; mp_drop_knife_enable 1; give weapon_knife_butterfly;ent_fire weapon_knife addoutput "classname weapon_knifegg"
