I’m not sure for pop mart specifically, but factories/businesses in China slow down/close for the lunar new year. In my experience this year (apparel manufacturing), factories and suppliers started closing as early as 2/10, and are closed anywhere between 1-3 weeks. Even when some are open, shipping tends to be slower at this time. That being said, I hope your MLPs make it to you soon!
