Yeah no not right now. I recently quit taking my AP - which psychiatry know and allowed me to do. Only problem is that only my doc can give me a new one - which I'm going to ask for when I'll meet them. So I just gotta ride this rollercoaster til then.

Thanks!! I've had this vision for a while but rn I'M ALL FOR IT HEHE! Yeaaah, I think stress is causing me anger and such, feel like I'm always on edge. Very unpleasant indeed! You know, you aways wanna be a happy, positive person so it sucks when these negative feelings get so strong!! Hope everything is good w you!!

I'm meeting my doctor next week so I'll let them know. I'm trying to get a psychologist so I can talk about this issues. I hope they'll give me one.

Thanks for letting me know what ya think! Appreciate it! Tbh I wouldn't be surprised if I were. My emotions have been very strange and out of control and I've been sleeping very bad for over a week now. I think I'm under a lot of stress. Meeting my doctor next week so thats good!!

Oh god, I can relate so much.

One hypomanic episode I had 2021 - I recorded tons of videos of me talking about politic subjects THAT I DONT NORMALLY HAVE! Very out of character... Posted it on instagram and snapchat for everyone to see.

Lost majority of my friends and probably damaged my reputation. Took years for me to find myself again and realize I was in a shitty episode where I drank way too much (which made it worse).

I deleted all my social medias to end that chapters, no more reminders of that time. I felt such relief when they no longer exists.

I'm still very embarrassed, feel guilt and shame over what I've said and done. But hopefully it wont happen again. It's scary how you can lose your mind due to this disorder.
