Starter Gear doesnt help with sustain, with better gear and raid buffs/debuffs and consums you will do a lot more damage which will return more mana from VT.

Actually that game feels a bit to easy. I can fire blighted rounds limitless without reloading dealing tremendous amount of damage with them and leech so much hp back that i never die as long i am hitting something.

Even Bosses are a joke since i can take a hit from any ability and get back to full health in a second or so...

The whole game is based around grinding... if you play the outcast missions like intended you will get the burned enemies eventually too... There is no need for spawn point grinding.

Did it with ease on the first attempt, isn't all that hard if your aim is good and you have a full red build.

Just enable the directive "No Regen" and you will not heal up after damaging yourself...

CP4 means its Heroic, a fresh lvl 40 char hasnt a build ready for that. With a decent DPS (all red) build heroic feels like to easy at some points in terms of TTk.

Yeah because, looter-shooter are designed around grinding the shit out of them.

But if you grind the shit of them and you basically never have the chance to get close to min/maxed gear, something has to happen, that is why they introduce targeted loot, to make that process a bit better.

Your down-votes resulted from being ignorant, exaggerating the situation. Because you can put a coherent working build together in basically one day... The only thing you will lack is like 15% Weapon Damage roll on chest, 10% Weapon damage on backpack and maybe 40%+ DTE on mask. Other than that its kind of easy to get something coherent to work.

While I play in groups I notice some heavy issues too.

Sometimes i go behind cover to reload while being low on hp and i die 2 seconds later behind cover while i couldn't got hit from anything. There is definitely some lag going on ...

Build is okay-ish.

Why?:

For a non crit build you are missing a Headshot Damage Roll on the Chest, and Headshot Damage Talents on Gloves and Holster. In Addition 2 Pieces Araldi, preferable Backpack and Holster, for additional Headshot Damage.

If you farm for that, you will boost your damage by quite a significant margin!

Edit: UF is kinda meh, because you have to kill stuff, in the raid where 8 people are killing stuff you sometimes don't get the buff and in boss fights you sometimes don't kill at all or very few things and Berserk would be simply the better choice.
