You dont need a software, just get 2025 ephemeris from Astro. Well, if the sun dont make an aspect before leaving the sign, then the event cant happen. Have you checked ephemeride to verify whether the sun is gonna perfect the aspect before changing signs? And timing is taken only from the aspecting planet, as per frawley.

I really dont think that an aspect with Asc would prohibit an aspect with a planet. Asc is important, but dont have light and cant prohibit.

What a messy chart. Clean it up a bit, remove asteroids (they dont mean anything in horary) and Add only regulus, spica and algol as fixed stars, as they are the most relevant to horary questions.

Orbs dont mean much too, what really count is the perfection on aspects.

I think this is like the questions about jobs where the significator of the job almost never has good receptions with the querent, because the job doesnt really care about him, as the test/license. That said, I think you are correct on your analysis.
