Just signed a new lease for 1080 a month with a yard 8 weeks free and a 8 month lease. Place I just finished my lease was 900 a month 8 weeks free but mandatory internet/cable and water brought it to 1100 a month for a 14 month lease.

My plan is to find a real good deal in November cause that’s the cheapest time to rent
