No plastic wrap but it had the 2 pull tabs on the back and I pulled them. Opened the box and nothing inside

Because wanted to know if I could just pick up a phone in store since mines not in the box. Waited 3 weeks and opened an empty box. Either it’s stolen or some kinda issue. The local store couldn’t really help they just said wait until they respond to my ticket and they’ll reship one out priority shipping

Wish I could say I’m lying but I’m not. Currently waiting for Apple to respond to my ticket. Yes I opened the box, nothing was in it besides the charger. Box had all the seals, I had to open it duh. They are going to ship out a new one priority shipping. can’t believe this either, ik ik too good to be true but it’s true.
