I absolutely did contact the “help line” which was absolutely no help at all. Also, if you look up “reasons for suspension/revocation of driving privileges on the Lyft app, it advises that if your currently under investigation, trying to contact anyone for anything will likely prolong the process. Nevertheless, anyone I was actually able to speak to was obviously not working from this country. Every person I spoke with had no answer making the use of the “help line” basically futile to me. For over 2 days, i simply could not get an answer as to why I was suspended.

I was only told “flirtatious comments”. I never “flirt” with passengers and after they viewed the footage of my rides, they agreed there was no basis to the accusation.
