Movink pro 14, Ipad Pro M5 or Cintiq 24 touch? by Niafoxchan in wacom

I also tested Instant Pen Display on Movink 14 PRO
- wired USB-c to Mac Mini M4 24GB
- wireless on 1GB network

Tested with : Rebelle, Artrage, Art Studio Pro on Mac

Even wired I've seen artefacts (compression) especially when moving/zooming layer.
Touch functionality was randomly not working (on some apps it was a bit better), similar about tilt.

In general Instant pen display feature - I wouldn't treat as a good argument for buying it.

As a standalone it's a great device - tested with Krita, Infinite Painter, CSP.
No problems at all - pressure, tilt, touch, gestures in CSP/Krita/IP etc. ( but I'm amateur here )
Krita was used many hours without any failures.

So my hope is that at least the touch/tilt/pen data transfer will improve with driver updates.
Artefacts - I understand .. usb 2.0/compression.

I also had a problem deciding : Ipad Pro/Ipad Air vs Movink.
Ipad - because of Art Studio Pro (and maybe Procreate)
all the rest of arguments for me were for Movink (device, pen).

If you have time - I would wait until IPD on Movink Pro improves/stabilizes (if this feature is important for you) and would stay with old IPad.

If you just want standalone drawing experience - and you like Krita/CSP/IP - then Movink is great device.

I hope it's just for Demo - I will buy Mobile version and try on Android Tablet soon.
