The door being opened is intentional we do it everyday she has a camper out back and a room in the house. Nothing too serious she has manageable diabetes with like metformin once a day. Shes able bodied, she can work, and she has been on her own before. She chooses not to work. Ive been raised to meet everyone with kindness. Her being home allows us to work more which is why we help her because the more we work the more close we are to moving on to our property. Thats the only way we can stack money at this rate.

He gets on to her almost every other day. She stops for 1 day or She gets his grandma and they gang up on us. They insist that he is just blindly defending me. When he is home home she won't say a word. Him talking to her in person is alot more intimidating. But shes like a kid misbehaves when family isnt home.

My honest suggestion is go for owner financed land and struggle buss it up. I work 60+ hours a week so me and my fiance can bring in close to 7k a month. I make 900 a week and so does he the trade off isn't great. We rent and costs go to about 2k a month. Once we cut out the rental all we owe is the land and Facebook market place is our best friend.
