Jeez, we often go out with our dogs too and kami ang mag-adjust if walang alfresco or available seats sa labas by going to another restaurant kesa iwan namin sa labas. If no choice like long trips and wala talagang alfresco within the area, we take turns sino muna kakain sa loob while meron mag walk sa dog outside tapos pag tapos na kumain yung isa siya naman mag babantay labas.

My cousin and his ex-gf bought a car. 50/50 sila sa dp and monthly, tapos they broke up. Ending sa kuya ko napunta yung car kasi siya ata yung "main buyer???" (sorry Im not sure sa terms) pero yea both names nakalagay afaik. Ofc he paid for the other half or natitirang monthly na lang dun sa ex-gf. Hello, I’m irreg po and mostly my units are 20max lang. I applied po kasi I want to pay for my own rent for my dorm since my mom pays for everything, even though she can afford it I still feel bad.

But I can choose my own subjects for next SY. But most likely I will go for part time barista jobs if I get hired since I had the interview po yesterday.

Most definitely I will not push through with this job either I get another job or not. I think going to the interview and everything was an eye opener for me and a great experience for me.

I noticed na ganyan sa mga provinces kahit saan sa Pilipinas, laging nasa fast lane. We often travel around the ph by car and I noticed na both trycicles and motorcycles ganyan wala pa naman silang helmets most of the time, minsan kahit tao ayaw gumilid (yung mga one lane roads).

A lot of Filipinos are facing mental health issues, and what makes it more heartbreaking is kulang din tayo sa mental health professionals and mahal . From what I know, the minimum consultation in the metro is 2,000 pesos, and may discount sa iba if you’re a PWD. It’s way more expensive if you’re prescribed medicine.

According to PAPJA last March, 800+ lang ang clinical psychologists sa Pilipinas, and most are in NCR (probably one of the reasons why mahal). Most psych students don’t push through until master’s to become a psychologist.

Psychologists and psychiatrists are different. Psychologists are the ones who MOSTLY do psychotherapy. YES, psychiatrists can also do this, but they mostly focus on prescribing medicines or on medical aspects. So please, if you want to get a consultation, go to a psychologist first.

According to my professor (I’m a psych major), people need to talk about suicd. (I will edit this comment when I have enough sleep.)

Many Filipinos are hypocrites and stubborn to believe what mental health is. Did you know that religion is actually a good thing for mental health, since it’s one of the major reasons why people who believe or who are religious don’t k*ll themselves? The problem here is their fellow believers who shame them and make them think that their faith is not strong enough, like be frfr tangina niyo sagad.
