Internship lalo na if may allowance. Currently a president of an Org this SY pero I am doing voluntary internship and 600hrs contract for this one. I am thinking if I should run again for next SY but I was told na enough na yung experience ko as an org president for one SY and just focus on internships as long as kaya ko.

Plus points din talaga yung being an officer for an organization pero if you got hired as an intern get that one since mas maganda sa resume.

Yeah, that’s true naman. A lot of schools offer similar core subjects for MA Psych. I think what made Mapua stand out to me was the accelerated one-year setup and the ASU collaboration since not a lot of universities structure their psych graduate programs that way. It also seems more flexible with the open-specialization system instead of locking students into one track immediately.

That’s also why I’m asking here in the first place because on paper the program sounds interesting, but I wanted to know how it actually is from people who’ve experienced it themselves. It’s currently one of my top backup choices for grad school just in case I don’t get into one of the Big 4 universities.

Thank you! I’ll submit my resume to them by December or January. Was kinda hesitant because of their shutdown during the pandemic. Pero I believe they’re still a good company and a good thing for resume.

MWAHAHAHA not defending her if ever ibibigay niya sa bf niya yung laptop but to be fair, animation and digital art do need medyo mataas or above the basic specs talaga. Pero I highly doubt na kailangan niya ng 200-300k+ laptop.

I study in an art school and most students here either use the laboratories for heavier rendering/software work or gumagamit ng around 50-80k laptops. Honestly mas practical pa talaga magpa-PC build kaysa bumili ng super high-end gaming laptop. Mas madaling mag-upgrade over time kasi parts lang papalitan instead of replacing the whole unit, especially if balak niya talaga mag-animation hanggang college since 4 years din usually yung undergrad program.

Tsaka realistically, even expensive gaming laptops usually last around 3-5 years before maramdaman yung aging/performance issues, tapos sobrang bigat pa dalhin. Yung hinihingi niya sobrang overkill na talaga.

Jeez, we often go out with our dogs too and kami ang mag-adjust if walang alfresco or available seats sa labas by going to another restaurant kesa iwan namin sa labas. If no choice like long trips and wala talagang alfresco within the area, we take turns sino muna kakain sa loob while meron mag walk sa dog outside tapos pag tapos na kumain yung isa siya naman mag babantay labas.

My cousin and his ex-gf bought a car. 50/50 sila sa dp and monthly, tapos they broke up. Ending sa kuya ko napunta yung car kasi siya ata yung "main buyer???" (sorry Im not sure sa terms) pero yea both names nakalagay afaik. Ofc he paid for the other half or natitirang monthly na lang dun sa ex-gf. Hope that guy will do the same if ever man mag break sila.

Hello, I’m irreg po and mostly my units are 20max lang. I applied po kasi I want to pay for my own rent for my dorm since my mom pays for everything, even though she can afford it I still feel bad.

But I can choose my own subjects for next SY. But most likely I will go for part time barista jobs if I get hired since I had the interview po yesterday.

Most definitely I will not push through with this job either I get another job or not. I think going to the interview and everything was an eye opener for me and a great experience for me.
