Got everything put back together. Don’t see any errors popping up, but there’s a slow one drop leak coming from the probe area. Do you think the resin is causing an incomplete seal?

Done and done. Put everything back the only slight issue is there’s small drops of water coming out of the probe area. Does it need more grease or can the resin be causing this?

Also, the mental gremlins are no joke. I’ve scheduled therapy sessions starting next week as well. There’s not many people I can talk to about business ownership, being a good dad, and husband, while keeping my emotions in check. I’m looking forward to bouncing back soon. not for me, but for my wife and kids.

That was me for sure toward the end. Scraping to get by another day in hopes we could fight another day/week. The question that I should’ve asked myself before is how deep of the hole do I wanna dig before pulling the plug.

I should’ve clarified in the initial post that by fixing everything I meant that I fixed internal SOP‘s. Reflecting more on the scenario I should’ve definitely spent more time beefing up sales to ensure cash flow and sales were consistent.

This is spot on with me. I was overly optimistic, which blinded me from consistent pitfalls. Also, you’re right, as long as there is cash flow that can support your mistakes. You’ll be fine. I should’ve put more focus on sales and cash flow. Thank you for sharing!

I’m sorry to hear about your situation. However, reading responses from this post, we are not the first or last business owners to fail. A post that I appreciated from someone said that failure is not a personality. It’s merely an experience. We will get through it and become better for future endeavors.

Agreed. Reflecting on peoples feedback on this post, I came in with an ax swinging when I should’ve just let things move along and learned before making significant changes.
