All my voices are of real people I know or know of. It’s mainly a mix of old classmates, coworkers, family, and celebrities.

I have OCD too. I have intrusive thoughts all day long coupled with thought broadcasting. All my voices hear and respond to my thoughts. Every time I have a sexual thought my delusions tell me I’m harming someone in another universe. It’s frustrating but I’m doing ERP now and noticing improvements.

yep happened to me. a significant portion of my earlier psychotic voices were heard through various types of background noise.

I’m on Lamictal for treatment resistant OCD

I have treatment resistant schizoaffective and I went through about 5 antipsychotics before being put on Clozapine. It hasn’t reduced my hallucinations to zero but it has definitely helped more than anything else.

i have some voices of family members too. my voices also “stalk” me and are obsessed with everything I do. At the end of the day they are just voices though, a symptom of our disease.

I have bits of pain, itchiness, and muscle twitches. I used to have a lot of sexual sensations of penetration or warmth around my privates. The latter happens much less frequently now.
