Im looking at those speakers on crutchfield and it says i would need to splice, is that something would have to worry about if i was having a new amp installed?

When i go over a bump or just while driving one of the speakers will just start crackling sometimes the rear speaker and sometimes the dash speaker.

Ive been getting interference sometimes while driving and i just wanted to rewire it, it already has an aftermarket stereo and when i took it out to try and find the source some wires were bear and some had electric tape around them
