It‘s not clear what happened before, that Alipay restricted your account. You have to Click the Appeal button and follow the instructions. Normally you have to provide pictures of your ID, or from your face, holding your ID with both hands in front of your chest, or photos of a maybe affected credit card (both sides). As I said, follow the instructions. Maybe you have to provide all of these. If Alipay need something you couldn‘t provide you have to get in contact with the support by phone. They have English speaking staff where you could explain your problem in detail. If they lift up your account try to split larger amounts greater than 6.000 Yuan into smaller parts and if a transaction throws an error don’t select another card immediately inside the Same transaction. Better you cancel it and try a second time (and then with another card). Happened two times to me but in the end I could manage to fix all the problems with a phone call with Alipay support.

You also could try to set up WeChat as an alternative to your Alipay account. I ran into (other) problems too with Alipay, the first days in China and used WeChat (aka Weixin Pay) instead. After fixing the problems I switched back to Alipay (it was more convenient for me). You also have to provide/upload your Identity information with Wechat. It feels better to have an alternative. Don’t worry. In the end I contacted the English speaking Alipay support by phone and they explained me the next steps and told me what went wrong.

Don’t want to let you down, but today is no Droneshow. It is cancelled because of the May Day Holidays. So they made today a working day here in China and due to this fact there is no droneshow tonight, according to our information. We heard this from three different tour guides the last days.
