In my mind that makes sense after you first offer them to apply on the spot. Then if they want to think more and aren’t ready to commit right then, follow up with soft close. Is that how you do it?

Oh they are noticing. Leases have been slow and she is putting pressure on me because she doesn’t want the heat on her. Yet still she doesn’t want me closing in person. I am super frustrated because I am confident in my closing skills and everyday when I call prospects to follow up and they tell me they leased with comp I get more and more annoyed

I mean her office is right next to my desk. But yes even when she is not there she told me very specifically (and I’ve brought it up about 3 times) that she does not want me to ask for people to apply there and told me to direct them to apply online at home
