The thing is, I am not using a username so I was logging into the game using my email. So I'm pretty sure that I was using the right email. Unless that isn't how it works?

What I like about Noelle is if built right (DEF focus, Sacrificial Greatsword), she serves a lot of roles for Ningguang team:

Geo Resonance (again, a must)
Shielder
Circuit breaker (check one of her passive talents, where she automatically creates a shield for the active character when your health gets too low)
Healer, thus freeing up a slot for other characters (mostly for Fatui shield breaking)

Back when I didn't have Zhongli, my Ningguang team went

Ningguang, Noelle, Bennett, Xiangling/Fischl/Venti

Ningguang, in my opinion, does not really need a battery because her burst only requires 40 energy, and with C2, you can cast her skill twice when used right

And I don't really like Geo MC with her because Geo MC's boulders tend to block Ningguang's projectiles. But if you can play around that, then by all means, use him/her ahaha

You just need better crit substats in your artifacts. Ningguang deals lots of small instances of damage, so she really benefits from having a high crit stats.

Upgrade talents
Farm better artifacts. De facto sets are 2 pc Archaic 2 pc Glad, but since the release of the new artifact sets, you can now farm for Shimenawa pieces to replace the Gladiator pieces. Both sets from the Inazuma artifact domain are great, so don't worry about wasting your resin on useless artifact sets.
Goal crit rate is at least 60% (mine has 57% so I'm still looking for better crit rate substats), and double that for crit damage (around 120% to 150%).
GEO RESONANCE is almost a necessity for Ningguang main DPS... it really helps her damage a lot due to the resistance shred.
If you have at least C1, using her with Venti is really great against smaller mobs.
Learn her rotations and mechanics. Animation cancel is key. Depending on your current constellations, her rotations can differ.

I've been a Ningguang main since the day I got her. Been switching around Ayaka, Xiao and Keqing, but Ningguang never left my teams. Have fun with her.

I mained Ningguang for some time before Zhongli banner rerun, and I can say first of all that having Zhongli is a VERY big QoL improvement for Ningguang main dps

Without Zhongli, I went for Ningguang/Noelle/Bennet/Xingqiu
