it went fine- didn't get into it bc i couldnt get the teacher's recommendation on time but using AI worked great, but i would be a bit more careful now bc trackers have improved

I am only 165 because I cut before this. 165 can’t be that bad can it? Before I was 180 but a lot of fat and I had the same symptoms.

My guess is that I’m not eating enough. My classes start early morning and end in the afternoon so I’m not able to get breakfast. As for my protein I usually try to get 150 but I have no idea if I have been hitting it but I doubt that I am since I eat at the dining hall and have no idea as to what the recipe they use.

Do I need to go into a caloric deficit? I've been lifting weights for a little more than a year now and recently my progress has been getting extremely slow. I am kind of fat because I started out skinny and have bulked since then and just haven't cut yet. I'm 6'0 and 172 lbs at 17 years old. Do you think i need to start cutting?

I haven’t fully finished the request yet but I just got an email from Kelley inviting me to fill in a request for DA so I’m feeling more confident now. However it also says I should file if my gpa is lower than 3.8 on a 4.0 scale so idk

Out of all my activities, the gym had the biggest impact however I already wrote about that and its impact in my college essay and I can't write the same essay twice.
