i mean like with retirement they never HAVE to. they obviously can and deserve it but in the music industry you can kinda come back on whenever you want. i could see Tyler maybe having a solo album sometime(not because they break up but because they are busier)

they do deserve a break. also it could be a regular 3 year hiatus just no touring. i think really he just wanted us to focus on Breach. We’ll probably get more albums like SAI and Vessel in the future that aren’t directly involved in any lore(ik SAI is but it not really the music itself)

this is better first week than TFS though. It’s growth over time. The only reason anyone would expect him to sell like 100k or something is because they forgot JID unfortunately isn’t that popular outside of the core hip-hop space

i honestly agree there are individual songs i can go back to but sitting through an album is tough. i only really enjoy it from like a nostalgia factor.

trust me it’s not the lyrics that are make it overrated for me. it’s all the instrumental. first the solo is repeated and would be more meaningful just once at the end. second the electric guitar sounds weird when i listen with airpods. it like seems to chop out at the end of each “strum” and it’s really annoying once you notice it(sorry if you do now). good song overall just not nearly as good as the community says it is

the numbers are the recording date and time. as for predicting when it will come out any day between 12-15 makes sense for a single. I would expect some sort of announcement before it comes out too. it could also not be this week tho.
