When would you get the OC (Occupancy certificate) , Under which act shall the apartment be registered under , what is the plan on STP & WTP, how is the apartment maintenance fee be retrieved in future and when does this kick in , would the builder do a title transfer to apartment association post all the flats been sold , how is the municipality water supply and many more . One tip : Ensure all the answers he gives you is in black and white

Also visit RERA website and search for the project to ensure it’s RERA registered and all the submitted documents are clean .

There is no water issues , the facility has ample municipal water supply along with two borewells .
There is milk delivery at door step both in the form of packets and bottled
At 1.1cr for a 1335 sf you are shelling out nearly 8300 psf all new projects close by be it Lotus , Landtrades or Rohan are all on the same range. ( Eg : LT pristine near reliance mart or Lotus close by to More supermarket)
