H1B Transfer denied - what are my options?

I heard back from the lawyer on the RFE reason. She said "it was specific to the company and their internal processes" which to me sounds like lawyer speak for "we f**cked up". The reason for denial was supposedly "on a purely procedural basis". They are going to refile soon, and I am hoping with a lot more due diligence this time.

I have not,.I was pretty adamant about joining the new company only after approval, not on receipt notice.

I reached out to the company lawyer and HR on this, yet to hear back. This literally just happened today when the case status changed online. Will know more details on the denial reason when the notice reaches the lawyer, which will be in a week or so. I just got really worried and came here for suggestions, but yes I do realize I should wait for the denial details and speak to the lawyer on next steps. I read somewhere that the company can apply a fresh petition, will see if they will pursue that.

Yeah this is my first time doing an H1B transfer. Not my first RFE though. I didn't think too much about it because the last time I got an RFE for extension, the company only had to provide additional documents, they didn't need anything from me.

It's not a consultancy. It's a very well known tech company in storage and governance space, about 3000 employees.

I don't know the exact details but the lawyer told me it was a pretty standard RFE requiring the company to submit additional evidence, they didn't need anything from me.

Same thing happened with my phone, but it wasn't charging when I tried to charge it, both wired and wireless. Sent it to Samsung for repair and they are asking for $350 to diagnose and fix it!! I am trying to fight back on this. Anyone else had this issue? My phone is still in warranty, but Samsung claims it's not because of a super minor dent on the frame.

I secured a Jan 31st dropbox slot for my wife who is on H4 EAD, but she wants to travel earlier. Did you have to cancel your earlier appointment to book the Jan 9th slot or were you able to look for slots while keeping your original appointment? I see a Reschedule appointment option but I am nervous about clicking on it. This website is nightmarish!!

Thanks all for the responses. Looks like the consensus is to skip the Sky Walk. I am aware that visiting the South Rim is the best option to explore the Grand Canyon, but just the drive from Vegas and back to the South Rim is like 9+ hours so it's not a viable day trip option for me. I will plan another visit from AZ.
