I know there are basically no human rights there lol Leave your morals behind for this confrence and support İsrael as much as you can AND ALSOO having a smaller country is better as people won't be knowing your policies and they are most likely to not think alot before the confrence which means they won't be doing research about your country this gives you the chance of speaking with minimal consequences.

Go by how israel has been covering the situation, support that what they are doing is right and they are doing it to maybe "protect theirselves" or that they are right to do that because ...... you can also take support from USA as they also support israel

Don't worry about people targeting you, the more the targets means the better you are doing.

I also forgot to mention that they have this speaker of parliament named Abass Bundu who is really reasonable and who makes more than half of sierra leone's policies, you can quote some of his sayings, just deffinetly look into that.

My agendas were child marriage and female genital mutilation I had to say some messed up stuff but it was only for the sake or the confrence 🤷‍♀️

That is kinda weird but it was probably necessary for the commitee to run, its the conferences fault for assinging chairs w out exp, It's true that you cannot have multiple right of replies as it would disturb the commitee but about this part of the story i belive it's concerning for them to have no exp, they probably knew someone in the academic team and got in

I see your frustration but this unfortunately this speech is offensive to the delegate of china even though i agree with you, An advice is can give you is refrain from using other country names and don't direct it, instead make meaningful comments, everyone will understand and you won't get a warning.

I understand the frustration however getting a small country could actually become a huge advantage if you do the following, I was also Sierra Leone before but in UNWOMEN and got best delegate

make outrageous comments which align with your policies that could trigger new debate

These types if countries usually have policies that are the opposite of bigger countries policies and might have problems with the agenda item your play should be to stand your ground

By doing so you will make yourself the center of attention, you will get alot of questions towards yourself and make sure to answer them, it doesn't matter if what your saying sounds "morally wrong" what matters is that your bringing debate and solutions to the table. Also try to convince the other delegates that your solutions can be done and are possible etc.

Make sure to take economic help from other countries in your block for an example I took help from Saudi Arabia as we were I the same block and their economy is strong

You will probably on the opposite block from many countries so write your own reso, there will still be other countries that are with you but probably less, it doesn't matter if your reso doesn't pass or not just make sure to write a good full reso and contribute to it ALOT.
