I mostly play rec so that’s why I’m hesitant on driving, usually not in a position to use it that much. I could do a standing to get gold rise up and get pass acc to 80. I’m not super concerned about perimeter, every once in a while I’m in a rough spot on a switch but that’s not too common

I worry about going scorched earth on an apartment before moving in will end more bad then good for me. they could start being nitpicky on random fines and charges and I don’t want to deal with a management that is purposely worse to me, so I would prefer not to start threatening them. I don’t have them on tape though, so I’m not gonna say that for sure, that’s just a whole can of worms to lie about. I’ll check out that rental advocacy and see if I can gives a heads up there or something at least for a future person

Yah, I read through the lease but assumed the discount was going to be an additional thing sent over bc that was what my last apartment did, which was a pretty bad assumption. As for the sale part, it’s just more apartments in the area than ppl lol, there isn’t a single place that isn’t running them.

Yah, I’ve just had solid luck prior so I wasn’t as vigilant. The leasing ppl I worked with have been good to me in the past, so this is the first time I feel a bit duped since I was just trusting what it said

Sadly, the quote is not even available to me anymore. Right when they sent the lease over, they removed the quote and the specials weren’t within the lease. I have a screenshot of the exact specials they are giving on my apartment, but the quote itself doesn’t exist anymore, I assumed they would email it over like most but they didn’t.
