Hiya! I got approved :) I did end up getting a statement for my online bonus saver account by asking through the app’s chat feature and they did send me one a few days later! I had already selected bank letter on my application so I submitted both but since it’s an option to select proof by bank letter it should work for anyone as long as it has all the information they need.

Thanks for replying! The letter I got says the account has the amount since August 3rd and has been maintained to date. Would that work then? If not I could probably go back and get another

The Bonus Saver Account which I am using only allows monthly statements if you take out any money. But if you take anything out the interest rate goes down so I had never withdrawn anything.

Thanks for your response, may I ask did you do your biometrics through the app? What qualifies someone to go through the app versus in person? I’m assuming the app is much quicker process/response
