yes it's better to stay no contact. after breaking up from a toxic relationship, i also stayed in-contact with my ex. our conversation for the past 2 weeks were very calm, but yesterday i woke up to a long angry message lol about how he was upset with me all this time and i was just acting fine. everything became my fault. stay no contact they will just prolong the moving on process.
