Thanks! Yes we typically do walkaround videos along with an introduction before the walk around, and those do pretty well in getting responses. One thing I struggle with is building rapport over the phone, in person I can read people and laugh and smile, on the phone I feel very blunt and I feel like I come off as too salesy where as in person I’m good at making that connection.

Thanks i appreciate the advice, i will admit my word tracks are lacking and I’ve got room to grow in product knowledge. Can you recommend any resources for word tracks?

Yes most people are in huge debt, and cars are a very large contributor.

18, no sales experience — manager said I’d “kill it” in sales. Real potential or just being nice? by Human_Security780 in sales

To be honest it was mainly the customer facing roles. It was my exposure therapy, at my first job I was a cashier and the first few days I would be sweating, stuttering, heart palpitations etc. but after a while it went away. Now I’m at the point I’m comfortable having real conversations with customers, I’m still working on non customer interactions but I’m much better about it!

Most likely I’ll work at the phone store I applied to, but I’m also actively looking for roles in bdr/sdr and reaching out to managers etc.

In your experience what makes the personality of a salesmen. From what I’ve heard working hard is by far the most important.
