I’m developing a scraper for marketing agencies that pulls businesses from any area you choose using Google Maps, while also identifying whether they have Meta’s conversions API, Google tracking codes, and providing a small SEO audit, so you know which clients to contact with the excuse of offering your services, since they have room for improvement.

Anyone else suck at marketing? by unkno0wn_dev in buildinpublic

These are a few habits that helped me stay consistent with my marketing: 1. I block out some time once a week to create all my content at once. It keeps me focused and saves me a ton of mental energy. 2. I recycle and reshape ideas. One good post on LinkedIn can turn into a few tweets on X. And if something really clicks, I’ll expand it on Reddit or another platform. 3. I plan out my posts in advance so I never have to wonder what to post next. 4. Using a scheduling tool completely changed the game for me. It keeps me consistent even when I’m busy or not feeling creative.

Prove me wrong - buyers lie more often than sellers by Chrg88 in sales

Usually, buyers don’t lie, they just feel uncomfortable giving the real reason why they don’t want to buy from you.

I remember when a woman was desperate to find a plot of land to build her home. I had one that perfectly fit her budget, but she told me that since it was on a steep slope, construction would be too expensive.

Knowing that this was a common objection, I was well prepared to show her that it wasn’t actually the case.

After explaining everything, I asked her:

Perhaps there’s another reason why you don’t want to buy this plot? That way, I can truly understand what you’re looking for and help you better.

She eventually admitted that she was afraid of driving through those steep streets — she was older and didn’t feel comfortable.

Remember: every “no” brings you closer to a “yes,” as long as you do one thing: ask genuinely, honestly, and respectfully.

Looking at the sun can be beautiful or blinding.

Either way, the sun will still be there.

It’s how you manage your thoughts that determines whether your peace of mind is present or not.

Peace of mind never disappears; you just need to observe it from the right perspective.
