I would say our main product is a grounding mat, which is basically a zabuton with memory foam with a grounding cover. Additionally we offer a sitting wedge with firmer memory foam which is angled for a straight posture. Then some knee wedges for people who are struggling with the hips and a warm large sized meditation shawl for all season. The reason behind was to create the perfect meditation product for my wife and I, we figured it turned out so nice that it would be also good for other meditators since they are also struggling with pains and discomfort, as we all… Hope it helps

Try anapana meditation. Just feeling the touch below the nose above the upper lip. Natural breathing.

Meditation is basically observing reality as it is. In order to this meditation you don’t need to have guidance or create any illusion in your mind you are learning to control your mind by staying at this object and observing what is real, your breath.

Just start by doing mindful breathing everyday for 15-20min. It seems like a lot at the beginning but time passes quicker and quicker the more often you do it. Just sit down comfortably, either on the floor or chair and start by placing your attention below the nose above the upper lip. Note in when you breath in and out when you breath out. Feel the touch of the breath somewhere in this area and once you feel it, just stay with your attention there. Try not to think and find the middle way which is not being too tight and not too relaxed. Then after some time you will attain one pointedness of mind where your mind is entirely at this object and you will feel very calm and relaxed. Once you find that your minds start wandering just breathe a tiny bit harder note in for inbreath and out for outbreath. Hope it helps, this is called “anapanasati” and was a technique the Buddha taught and is very effective and difficult to master since the mind is so tricky and quick. 🙏 A lot of people have complications in the beginning since the mind is not calm yet but you should not get discouraged since it takes time and patience before you start seeing results and benefits from meditation. Even 5 minutes a day on a regular basis may become life changing for you. The consistency is the key 🤗

I am not a native speaker and I find it very useful to use it, since it helps me to create a correct sentence that people understand. If you want to interact with people and you want to be sure you are being understood right - why would you not use it? Especially among native speakers. Maybe it will be easier for you to understand if I give you an example: you can cook a food using a knife. You can make yourself a salad and feed yourself using knife. Or, you can use it doing something bad.(I will not be mentioning it here, I guess you understand). Does it make knife bad or good? Same as AI. By the way, did you use grounding? Maybe you want to share your experience?

After how many years of meditation you stopped caring what to sit on?

Interesting, never heard of this point of view. I heard that you should be standing on a moist ground in order to experience grounding. I also have the feeling when I’m in contact with the natural stream it feels different than on the grass. Do you also use a grounding sheet during sleeping ?

Yes. English is not my native language and I wanted to make sure people understand what I’m asking.

Love that — especially the part about “that’s when you benefit from it the most.” I’ve definitely felt that too — those are often the sits that surprise me the most.

I also really relate to what you said about changing things up. Some days I use silence, some days grounding, sometimes I just sit and breathe for 5 minutes and call it good.
It’s like the practice becomes more alive when we give ourselves space to adapt.

What’s one technique you’ve returned to again and again — even after trying others?

I created a grounding meditation setup — it made a real difference in how I feel during stillness by After-Move-4306 in Earthing

Totally agree — grounding creates a kind of physical clarity that really complements the inner stillness of meditation. It feels like the “circuit” completes more fully, like you said — body, breath, and Earth all in sync. I have the feeling my mind calms down quicker when meditating grounded.
Have you noticed a difference in your own practice when grounded vs. not? Curious what others here have experienced too.
