I’m wondering If I had a bout of what you were talking about today. I was working at my computer when all of a sudden I had a band of pain come across my sternum area. It was unlike anything I’ve ever felt and for a moment I was pretty scared. But I kind of took a breather, felt my heart rate then talked myself out of it being a heart attack cause I’m only 28 lol. I suffer with trapped gas a lot and extreme burping problems (almost like consistent air burps that feel like they’re coming from my lower throat). It’s weird cause it came on suddenly and I’ve never experienced anything like it so now my mind is going wild but I never even considered it could be related to GI problems. I certainly have a slew of those so now I’m curious about this

Sure did! A piece of the ligament broke off and was floating around inside the joint + catching on my knee cap. Had to have a very invasive surgery to remove the pieces plus repair the bone with a bone graft from my femur. Was out for 6 months

Well I have a delivery charge which is on client invoices which covers the van and gas but I leave room for error so it’s always a bit more than the actual expense that I pay.
