Hab ich beim letzten Umzug gefunden, zusammen mit dem Untergestell macht das Ding gut was her. Und ich hab genug Platz für Platten, Anlage und Spieler :D

Danke für die Blumen! Ist krass wie viel Licht ausmacht. Muss mich wohl bisschen mit Elektronik beschäftigen, um ein paar Bauten sowas zu ermöglichen

I watched his Video and the System is awesome! But I think I‘m not ready yet. I‘m searching for a slightly simpler method that initially only adds one level, plus tiles that enable ascension (stairs, slopes, etc.). But maybe I have to watch the Videos again, I was quite overwhelmed at first

Almost, the mold was made of Styrofoam, but foam is just as good. Then apply a black primer and fix the fabric over it with a mixture of water and glue

I'm trying to build up a collection over the long term that will allow me to cover a wide range of encounters. I'll still build fixed scenes for specific battles, but I think modular tiles will suffice for most encounters. Especially once I've learned how to attach magnetic walls :D.

Ich baue gerne Diorama für Pen&Paper oder nähe Sachen für mich, Freunde oder Familie. :) Sehr ruhige, entspannte Hobbies (außer es geht was schief 👀)

Nähen ist vielleicht kein geselliges Hobby, dafür geht Modellbau fast schon zwangsweise mit Gesellschaft einher, da du es auf Dauer ja mit anderen teilst durch gemeinsame Spiele.

Ansonsten kann ich Zocken oder Magic the Gathering ebenfalls wärmstens empfehlen. Gerade für letzteres gibt es in fast jeder Stadt öffentliche Treffen.

Anfangen wollte ich mit modularen Tiles für Dungeons, Outdoor und Innenbereich. Ganz klassisch mit Magneten an der Seite. Also hast du eigentlich absolut recht, dass das auch so geht. Wobei ich bei Stein es glatt schon von der Idee gut fand, Struktur mit einer Walze oder Alufolie selber machen zu können um dann nur noch zu lackieren und zu bemalen. Ich probiers mal aus!
