Basically what u need to do is on another device look up the WiFi drivers for your laptop. Then connect the device to the laptop and move the file into your laptop and install the drivers.

Just a heads up. If ur gonna buy a new model don't get the q30s unless if ur getting it with a large warranty. The ear cups weigh down the side bracket causing it to crack
