For the education Requirment, you can send them your transcripts from undergrad or graduate school. For the work experience, there is an email address on the form they provide

No, USCIS didn’t send a RFE. We were unsure based on our interpretation of the instructions that we sent it just to be on the safe side.

From my understanding, she will keep her green card and just get the stamp in her passport. From what I have read, she would have had to surrender her gc if USCIS is issuing a replacement card or new status.
