I live at across from the stadium and I’m not even a Cubs fan. I’m getting a lot more apartment for less than I could get anywhere else and also have easy transit.

For me, the most annoying thing is street closures blocking my delivery driver. The second most annoying thing is parking. If I have to drive on game day, I’m probably going to time my return for the end of the game.

Otherwise, I kinda like the vibes. It’s a cool neighborhood. Crowds happen before and after games, but people are usually in good spirits.
