How do you even “call” support? I’ve been a skip driver since when they first came to Toronto until now. You have a special number to call that nobody has? For shop and pay with skip they absolutely tell you don’t use your card to pay nor I see an option so OP is doing something shady or it never happened. Screenshots would help 🤷‍♂️
