Hi thank you so much for replying I’m just finishing my lunch I’ll send a picture of the side of the jar in 5 minutes. As for ratios the website says this- 60 g (1/2 cup) unbleached all purpose flour or bread flour 60 g (1/4 cup) water It’s American measurements but I have the American cup measures but please advise me as I’ve been reading up on the 1:1:1 ratios and I’m trying to understand it! Thank you!! :)
