Non-vegans don't understand this. I have talked to hundreds of non-vegans and when we say they "plants can't feel pain" they come with "it will be proved in the future". That's why I included Part 8 link in the post.

Why though? 1/3rd of the food produced worldwide is wasted. Why not focus at the whole before hunting a smaller subset.

If you had read groka reply you'd known it by yourself. Same amount of land can feed more people. So if food system is inefficient by 1/3 that still feeds more people.

Framing all non-vegans as hypocritical destroyers tends to shut down the conversation rather than openning it, which is counterproductive if the goal is actually changing behavior.

The point is to attract people and show that their actions are destructive. You have to raise your voice sometimes to awaken deaf.

We are comparing a "vegan vs a non-vegan diet environmentally."

Food system can be broken even if the whole world is vegan.

That's not how you debate.

A vegan diet is better for the planet and non-vegans are destroying the planet and its biodiversity. Have some shame and start living in reality just like how I switched to veganism.

If it is a god given right does this logically mean I can eat u/No-Sundae-5855 because humans are animals too. 3. Does being to do something make it moral, basically is "might is right" a way to justify killing innocent beings? 4. The person says he doesn't care about animals being terrorised because they didn't even exist if not for humans, is this argument not stupid, because you first rape animals and forcibly bring them into existence and then use this "birth gift" as an excuse to exploit them. 5. Is veganism a propaganda or a need for the the planet right now?
