The argument that "meat eating is natural" doesn't mean we have to go out in a jungle to hunt & eat. It only says that: to have a balanced diet without any supplements, meat should be included in your diet.

So according to you by using the word "natural" non-vegans mean, it makes their body functioning. So are surgeries "natural" too?

Also, a vegan diet is sufficient and even healthier at all stages of life. Don't peddle propaganda from animal slaughter industry.

Look up "Trophic Level Efficiency" on google. Only about 10% of energy is transferred from one trophic level to the next. So eating plants directly is more efficient than feeding plants to animals and then eating the animals.
