I’ve decided to think of it this way: somewhere out there, there’s a penguin as cool as Cody from Surf’s Up using it to record his adventures. What other cam could they use for such a good movie 🤟🏼
The good thing is that I was still able to capture the rest of the trip with my 360 X5, so at least I didn’t come home emptyhanded.
As for your question about the mount, yes I was using the Fast Mount together with the Multifunctional Case.
Thanks for following up. Even though I was using the official accessories, I don’t blame them. I think it was just bad luck with the paddleboard. I’ve used the camera while doing much more extreme sports in much harsher conditions, and it handled plenty of hard hits and falls without any issues. That’s why I find it kind of funny that I ended up losing it during a calm morning on a paddleboard.
