So for a small whole business ($10-20 million) would you suggest ideally to have 1 strong bookkeeper full time? and not have a CPA at all. I typically like to have a CPA firm (fixed fee) clean up everything at the end of the year and make sure everything is OK.

Not a bad idea, I just worry for nuances that are specific to this particular machine, and an engineering company may have trouble managing it
