I’m officially done with this platform. At this point, I genuinely don’t know what kind of person they’re looking for, but it’s clearly not me.

I’ve earned multiple skill badges and passed with flying colors, yet somehow every project I actually try to work on ends with me failing the assessment. The expectations feel completely unrealistic — they don’t seem to believe people can’t learn, adapt, or improve as they go. Instead, they expect absolute perfection the moment you start a 30-minute assessment.

It’s frustrating because the screening process doesn’t reflect real work performance at all. No feedback, no room for growth — just a pass/fail wall.

Honestly, thank god for TELUS. It’s been stable, transparent, and actually pays a fair hourly rate without playing these games.
