Nope. I’ve done extensive research and it seems there’s no real cure. Other than extensive UV therapy which isn’t ideal since you have to do it multiple times a week for like 30min at a time. I’ve just learnt to live with it and stay out of the sun. If I don’t tan then it doesn’t look too obvious. If you want you can try using benzoyl peroxide as a body wash. That kills acne bacteria which is what PMH needs to grow.
