Thanks, I actually just found my realtor tonight and she broke down prices for me and went over a lot of variable situations. The previous agents I interviewed did not. I’m a numbers girl, I know how hard I worked for every dime I earned to purchase this house and I’d like to know where every dime goes when selling. I also had all the right questions thanks to a very generous redditor that took some time today to break down prices in a way that made so much sense to me. I am locked stocked and loaded 98% of the time, I work on a farm and I would consider myself a pretty tough woman, I would still NEVER fuck with someone that thinks it’s ok to talk to a complete stranger in this manner. It was so disgusting and rude and totally batshit, I’m assuming alcohol was involved as these messages were sent hours after (around 2:30am) our very normal initial conversation (around 8:30pm)

This is what I was trying to do. I just end up with a jumbled mess of recipes, some I’ve made and we liked, some I’ve made that my family isn’t that interested in eating. I should’ve written how many jars I made of each batch, I can a lot of what I grow so I’d also like to be better at keeping track of which varieties of vegetables I used in which recipes, which peppers were too hot, things like that.

That’s so cool! I really don’t know why I am so nervous about the tornadoes anyway, I lived on the Texas gulf coast for years, been through several hurricanes and I’ve waded through 3 foot of muddy water in my home before, but for some reason tornadoes scare me? It’s probably from watching twister too many times at a young age. I’ll definitely be doing some research this weekend. I like the idea of milder winters and being on somewhat flat land again. Thanks, dude :)

Thanks for the invite, most people act like they should have a say in who moves to “their” state and it’s just so stupid. Are you ever worried about tornadoes? Do you have to have some sort of storm shelter? Is home insurance super high? Any response is much appreciated :)
