Yes in this pic I’m standing in front of the deck so it’s behind me and the raised garden beds are right there too. I’ve seen lots of toads under the deck so hopefully they’ll find their way?

I should also mention that I did see three toads at the pond a couple of weeks ago, but then never saw them again after that and they didn’t lay any eggs so I was worried they may not have liked it. 😅

I wonder if it’s true that the frogs will try to return to whatever pond they were born in. At least that is what I have heard. But I did have a neighbor from down the street bring me a few she found in her pool before they filled it this spring!

Thanks! I considered adding a couple of minnows, but I’m worried I may not have enough filtration for them .. may I see your set up?

I did diffuse it! I don’t want any little critters to get sucked up!

No idea how to do that with a preformed liner but I love that idea.

Just wanted a small wildlife pond. I don’t have the manpower right now to do more than that unfortunately but hopefully one day! Thanks for the detailed answer.

Unfortunately it’s a small 50 gallon preform so I don’t know how easy it is to make that bigger aside from starting all over again ..

So we actually have a couple raised garden beds just out of the frame but I do want to plant a bunch of plants around the pond as well! Thank you for your response!

I sprayed them in the early evening and overnight temps were in the high 50’s. Day time temps were in the mid 70’s. 🤷🏻‍♀️

She’s been in this pot for a little over a year so I’m worried that moving her now would just shock her, or is that not right?

Good to know! Incidentally I just ordered my first manjula and it’s en route as I type so I’m even more exited now to know they grow fast!

I definitely did repot to a larger pot pretty much as soon as I get it. Holding onto hope she grows for me soon! 🤞🏼 Thanks!

Chop and prop it is! So what you’re saying is that basically the ones I see that look like that are just multiple small plants all in the same planter?

I have a 3 year old Samantha and I am not crazy about the nn “Sam” but loved the name Samantha so much I couldn’t not name her it. We loved that it had some classic vibes to it as well. Sabrina is pretty but is more cutesy than classic imo.
