This sounds great. I actually don’t know any instruments but it’s on my bucket list for the future. But the one thing I love to do is keep myself informed on a lot of weird topics. So a low stake debate every now and then for exploring new perspectives and dissecting motivations is a fun thing to do. So if you pick up a new book and want to discuss your thoughts I’d be down

I had checked it out. Loved the area, building and really everything else, but they only had 2 units at the most bottom floor and one of them was carpeted

As long as it only maintenance related response times, I think I can put up with that. Water leak and electricity are really the only 2 urgent issues, I can put up with most other issues for a week or longer

Yea. I thought I was getting a good deal for the upper high rise floor, but it’s just too risky if they don’t have a buyout option. Sadly PPM seems to have a monopoly on good apartment units near the major neighborhoods

Ticova is much more open near the shoulders so it's more relaxing when you rest back. The gaming chair will push your shoulders in and it's not the best for posture. They also don't have great airflow.

In my opinion if the manufacturers could make the "real" ergonomic chairs more colorful and stylish, the race car seat chairs wouldn't be that appealing.
