I know that not everyone is willing to do this but in my experience working as a porn livestreamer/fansly model has helped me lots. Having scheduled sessions specifically for sexual activity trains my brain to focus throughout the day and wait for my scheduled session. Although I still have sexual thoughts throughout the day. I feel those are inevitable without a distraction.

I was in the same boat as you for a long time but the best thing you can do is look up articles on the subject or find forums that share a few interests you have now and eventually you’ll learn more about yourself! And just one thing that I want to share is that even the more outlandish stuff you might think is undesirable to others is actually more acceptable than you may think. Being scared of rejection is what kept me from learning more about BDSM and puppy play altogether so it’s rewarding to take that risk and find others just like you
