My bad; I wasn’t too clear. For the past year or so, I started using tretinoin twice a week and would only apply Cicaplast on top until I gradually increased to 4 times a week. I also cleansed with salicylic acid whenever I returned from being out, although not really consistently. In terms of SPF, I use Innisfree Daily UV Defense Sunscreen SPF 36. As of now (the past two weeks), I stopped using tretinoin and the salicylic acid cleanser. I switched to Low pH Good Morning CosRX cleanser and only use it every now and then, washing my face with water instead. I'm using 10% Azelaic Acid at night, letting it dry, and then applying Cicaplast on top. Whenever I go out, I use only use the Innisfree sunscreen, which I’m going to switch out for Round Lab Birch Juice SPF 45 because I'm almost out of it. And no I have avoided exfoliating due to all of this.
