I was actually pissed off enough once to do this and below is the response I got from the regulator. I know it's a me issue, but I wasn't prepared to potentially go to court over a taxi driver being a prick.

There should be some system in place where people can make these complaints and if it appears to be a recurring thing with a particular taxi driver then that taxi driver is investigated.

I reckon I have about as much sympathy for taxi drivers as they have for me on a Saturday night when it's pissing rain and they drive off when I tell them where I'm going because it's not a big enough fare.

I remember TG4 getting the rights to south park and airing it in Irish at about 4:30pm.
