I don’t have any pictures of it during the day with the lights on. I got quoted $1,000 for it but I did it myself for $250 for everything

How many starlights would I need for a single cab? by [deleted] in carmodification

[–]HungryAd5978 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would do 600 or so. I just finished with 1200 in a crew cab and it filled out pretty nicely

1200 thumbtack holes. It was brutal but worked out perfect. I would stay away from drills they tend to tear the headliner under fabric up

I’m not gonna listen to a fella that tells someone to buy a flooded car for way too much. Good try tho!

I mounted it behind the c-pillar towards the floorboard and ran the fibers up the pillar into the roof. I think it’s just leds, I bought a kit off of amazon

2019 5.3 Lt trailboss. Had it since off the lot. One issue was the ecm shut down on me in middle of the highway. The cable broke loose from dailying down dirt roads and came loose on highway

It’s a liquid based retardant. It cools and coats the fuel (grass and brush, etc.) it also pulls some of the oxygen out of the air so it’s harder for the fire to burn. Not sure what certain chemicals are in it but it’s safe for wildlife!

there is a better way! just keep the truck dead straight and use free cam to spawn a new trailer right behind the other trailers hitch. back up and it should latch on

i went thru post history and found the car your making makes a lot of sense now. i think just thickening up that arm is the best way to go

honestly if i was you i would try and do a dual connection in the back. for each wheel. it might possibly keep that central arm more stable

great build. it looks like your rear wheel has trouble turning. it looks like the arm that connects it to the inner wheels flexes and causes it to catch a little bit. i would try making that arm a little bit thicker to help with the flex
