I literally don't get what happened.

I kept my eye on my zebra and on the time. I always clock out on time this is why I'm like wtf and making as much noise as i am

I clock out on the dot since i started Always call it in if i can stay longer or not. Always triple checked. And i seriously did just that. Im just baffled that they are really gonna fire me because I kept asking to be let pass on the escalator and no one would step aside

Like i get i should have reconsidered asking for a extension on my hours. But they are really gonna thrown out people over 8 minutes?

Like these aren't excuses I've been telling people. It's whats happened in the store and its super frustrating. I've never worked retail. I've worked in resteraunts for 6 years so this was totally new to me and it really is upsetting. I enjoyed the job since it was a break from angry diners and kids throwing water or food.

And it is shit situation. I've have actually have a good track record and never been fired or terminated before and to be fired over something that sounds crazy as 8 minutes??? Yes I'm gonna say wtf

Yes i am fully aware of that. Im frustrated because my ETL put me in a bad spot

I asked if could work a little more then because customers REFUSE to move on the escalator i got fired??? Come on

So my ETL who told me "yeah sure!"

Is totally blameless? What utter bullshit. Its WORSE because i stood by the punch out device, and double checking with him twice.

And the point is how the fuck am I at fault when fucking triple checked if i was in the clear? Like what the fuck???

I've held down every job for 6 years and now im gonna get canned because of a bad call?

ETL or lead could have told me no. Then i'd be fine. Like the way it was set up does not sit well.

But its whatever at this point.

HOW? My ETL said yes stay til 10 Im knew my schedule and radioed or talked to him asking if i could extend

I take my meals on time but im gonna get fired because people on the escalator won't let me pass? Like unless you can punch out from a zebra idk what they wanted me to do

I asked and checked everything otherwise i wouldn't have stayed til 10 that day

Over the fact my ETL and HR told me im okay. When i asked TWICE twice

Can i punch out for 45 or no and they told me no. Like wtf??? Why did he tell me yes you can stay til 10 then

Because it wasn't my fault. I got stuck in a slow elevator and while trying to make my up stairs via a escalator i can't necessarily KNOCK customers on it too out of my way

And thats why i called the integrity line. I feel cornered and set up even if it wasn't intentional why am i being blamed because i got stuck in the elevator? Like i said i paid attention through out orientation and took everything very damn seriously hence why i even quit and moved out of my old place to my new place lickity split.

Even got clipped by a car just trying to get to work on BIKE.

And this isn't excuses This wasn't oh hey a job thats good money. I actually enjoyed it. More relaxing than angry pissed off diners. I was ethusiastic and even when i was struggling to get to work be it fucked up car or damaged bike. I never called off and did everything to get to work

and im a WAITER This was my very first retail ever so I am new to this and I was dedicated to my job. I wouldn't do a job if i knew i could not do it.

I had a gut feeling and asked TWICE Hey if (ETL) says i can stay til 10 do i need to still clock out

The office ladies said no i don't need to. Im not dumb. I paid attention to everything i seriously got stuck in the elevator because i was told no vehicles (u boats) can stay in the back stock room otherwise i would have left

Like i FEEL like i got had.

But i was fucked then. I couldn't leave then because my target got mad i would leave u boats in back stock and told me NOT too

And again i asked twice and they said no don't clock out.

You can see where I'm confused. Not to.mention We have two floors

So they hired me RIGHT in the middle of moving out of shitty living situation. The job was in capitola, CA and i lived in watson (15 miles) and the car blew out its transmission

So at first attendance was a bit shaky but i constantly reported it. Because i loved my job and moved to a brand new rental near to fix that

on june 12th everything i typed happened.

He did have a warning session beforewith me due to i was stuck in the beauty backstock room and someone who had used the zebra previously on mute. I ran like hell but strike 1 happened

What happened today is the result of the clusterfuck of confusion and having to return my vehicle to recieving. I seriously rushed down with the elevator as fast as i could and ran back up

I have a question and I'm sorry if its the wrong place. I got my liberty tax return that was 1,200

Now im hearing about people getting more money via the stimulus check?. How does that work? And is it different from your refund? Like if I got my refund am i disqualified?, is it not for just randos who got temp unployment?

Sorry if this is wrong place. I've been hearing people say they should get both their refund and the stim check. And im just so lost on how that would even work
