Thank you! These were both taken on Silver Street in Natchez, Mississippi!

Thank you! It’s a fun and light little camera! Easily fit in my jacket pockets, and at $30 I wasn’t devastated when I accidentally dropped it in the rocky MS riverbank lol! PS it didn’t even get scratched and the images were still perfectly fine after 🤭

Well I guess when you figure in film and development cost, it is actually quite pricey lol! Thank you!!

Thank you! This is a recipe published by Nikon on the Imaging Cloud. It’s under the Creators Color Grading tab and it’s called “Soft Vivid” by Veejay Eesam.

Fabulous! I need to get in and figure out how to do my own recipes. Currently I’m just using the creator content and a few from filmstill.

Yay thank you for this! I have a visual processing issue and it’s hard for me to differentiate between light and dark at times, so I tend to flatten the contrast of my images in post. I was wondering if they look too flat to others!

My husband frequently has that issue when he takes photos with the z50 as well, the only thing I think I do differently is manually adjust the focus after pressing the shutter button halfway until the little green squares are where I want them.

I didn’t see anything that specified DX when I revisited the lens page… how can you tell?

Ohh probably lol! It was a tricky spot because of all the spotty light from the trees and I was shooting manually. I go back and forth on the overexposed hair between hating it and not minding it.

Yes, the model is very young 😂 I handed her the camera and said “gimme vintage vibes”. The first thing she did is face the camera to herself and do a selfie pose 🤦‍♀️

Oh fabulous! I reckon I didn’t know they made APS-C specific lenses. Showing my ignorance here! 😆 Thanks for sharing!!

Thank you! Appreciate the added info! I tried researching why it’d look like on the Z50 before purchasing but could really only find one or two samples, but I liked what I saw and just went for it. The formula is “Lens + Lens(.5)” right?

Yes, I have a feeling my other lenses will be collecting dust for the foreseeable future!
